A competency based program for every member of your department that will generate sustained performance improvement and teach new skills for success in today's rapidly changing world. The program will include: 1) workshops via live streaming video, 2) live video chat coaching sessions, 3) weekly motivational emails, 4) an on-demand video archive of all programs for viewing at your convenience, and 5) an on-line portal containing all materials and support.
